Management Trainee - Asset Owner - Take P&L Ownership of the Asset (Track and improve Revenue, Gross Margin, EBITDA & PBT)- Act as a liaison between our Senior Management and key stakeholders in the asset to drive all facets of Business Operations (Sales. Operations, Finance and Accounting, HR, and Compliance)- Gain detailed understanding of the LOB of the asset, develop control over the entire value-chain to ensure existing business is sustained while focusing on growth prospects.- Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the senior management to facilitate efficient decision making.- Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and oversee projects of high importance.- Participate in regular meetings with the Executive Management Team to discuss business issues, update processes, analyze issues, and challenge suggestions.- Attend executive meetings and deliver progress reports to the CEO and senior management team.- Ensure all staff issues are addressed properly, efficiently, and judiciously, and keep track of progress until resolved.- Act as a project manager and drive high level, cross functional projects; keep judicious watch over Working Capital and cash flow of the asset.- Help coordinate business wide procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency, and success.- Build and maintain relationships across all departments/functions to influence outcomes, strengthen leadership teamwork, and foster long-term partnerships that are critical to organization s success.Key targets monthly, quarterly, annually :- Annually : Minimize process leakages, compliance - will be set by the respective business head /line manager.- Quarterly & Monthly : Annual target will be pro rata broken down to monthly and quarterly levels.- Accuracy : Effectively follow up for due payments to vendors as per the repayment schedule and ensure delays in the same are avoided.- Communication : Effectively communicate in a layman language with stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination with all teams internally.- TAT : Make sure that client query resolution and servicing happens within 1 day of being raised.- Ownership : Explore and develop the asset; products for growing the AUM.- Camaraderie : Build collegial risk-free atmosphere for team effectiveness and efficiency.
