Job Description:We are hiring Customer Service Executives for the Skoda Process at our Belapur location. The role involves handling customer queries, generating leads, and assigning them to the dealership.Key Responsibilities:- Address customer queries and provide solutions in a professional manner.- Generate and qualify leads from customer interactions.- Assign leads to the respective dealership for further processing.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Requirements:- Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).- HSC freshers are welcome; experience in customer service is a plus.- Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.- Basic computer skills to update records and assign leads.Job Details:- Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Rotational week off)- Salary: - 12,000 - 18,000 (Net Take Home)- Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai (ref:updazz.com)
