Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

• Identify potential customers through research, networking, and leads provided by the company.
• Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, or social media to introduce the company s products or services.
• Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate tracking of leads and customer interactions.

2. Sales Presentations and Product Demonstration

• Assist in presenting and demonstrating the company s products or services to prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales pitches that highlight product features and benefits, aligning them with the customers needs.
• Answer queries related to products or services and resolve any doubts the clients may have.

3. Relationship Building

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with leads and clients to ensure that their needs are being met and to nurture long-term business relationships.
• Provide after-sales support by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

4. Achieving Sales Targets

• Actively pursue monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets set by the team leader or sales manager.
• Work toward achieving KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as calls made, appointments scheduled, leads converted, and sales closed.
• Report progress regularly to the sales manager and share feedback to improve performance.

5. Learning and Development

• Participate in sales training programs and workshops to develop product knowledge, sales techniques, and communication skills.
• Continuously seek ways to improve sales strategies and techniques by learning from senior colleagues and team leads.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to better advise customers.

6. Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer communications, and transactions in the company CRM or sales management software.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts for clients.
• Support the team in coordinating events, promotions, or trade shows, where applicable.
