Job Description
EXPERIENCE IN CNC, VMC, CUTTING MACHINES, MACHINERY INDUSTRY.END TO END SALES CORDINATION.SALES PLANNING.ANALYTICAL AND TECHNICAL SKILLS. TEAM HANDELING. PAYMENT FOLLOWUP. CUSTOMER RELATION MANAGEMENT .PROBLEM SOLVING AND DESCISION MAKING.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives and revenue goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Set clear targets for the sales team and develop action plans to achieve them.
  • Establish short and long-term sales goals and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

2. Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to improve their skills and sales techniques.
  • Organize regular team meetings to review sales performance, discuss challenges, and share best practices.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members as necessary.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development and execution of customer retention strategies to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure that customers receive the highest level of service and support throughout the sales process.

4. Sales Process Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
  • Ensure that the sales pipeline is consistently filled with high-quality leads and opportunities.
  • Monitor and review the sales activities of the team to ensure they follow established procedures and sales best practices.
  • Develop and implement a structured follow-up process to ensure that no leads are lost.

5. Sales Performance Analysis

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and average deal size.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present them to upper management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.
  • Identify underperforming areas and take corrective actions to drive performance.
  • Adjust sales strategies based on performance data and market feedback.

6. Marketing Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns, product promotions, and market trends.
  • Assist in the development of promotional materials, sales presentations, and product demos.
  • Collaborate with marketing to identify new opportunities for lead generation and customer acquisition.
