Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Property Sales and Negotiation

• Actively seek new clients and generate sales leads by utilizing various channels such as online platforms, referrals, and networking.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, including conducting property viewings, providing property information, and handling paperwork.
• Understand client needs and preferences to match them with suitable properties.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Guide clients through the entire process, including property selection, financing, and closing.

2. Market Research and Property Knowledge

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the real estate market, including pricing, inventory, and regulatory changes.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and develop a deep understanding of local neighborhoods and property values.
• Provide clients with comprehensive information about the market, property features, and comparable properties to help them make informed decisions.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they receive personalized attention and exceptional service throughout the buying or selling process.
• Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business and referrals.

5. Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare and review all necessary contracts, agreements, and documents for property transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients, sales activities, and property listings.
• Submit regular reports on sales activities, progress toward targets, and market conditions to management.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies related to property sales and transactions.

6. Networking and Business Development

• Attend industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to build relationships with other real estate professionals, developers, and potential clients.
• Build and maintain a strong network of contacts in the real estate industry, including mortgage brokers, lawyers, and property inspectors.
