Job Description
Job Summary:The Relationship Officer - CASA is responsible for acquiring new customers and deepening relationships with existing clients by promoting Current and Savings Account products. The role involves achieving sales targets, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.1.Key Responsibilities :- Customer Acquisition :- Source new CASA accounts through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and corporate activities.- Develop and maintain a database of potential and existing customers.- Relationship Management:- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their banking needs.- Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and issues.Sales & Cross-Selling :- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for CASA products.- Cross-sell other retail banking products like FD, RD, debit/credit cards, insurance, and loan products.-Compliance & Documentation:- Ensure KYC norms and documentation compliance while onboarding customers.- Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Market Intelligence :- Gather and report market and competitor information to management.- Suggest improvements to products or services based on customer feedback.2.Key Skills & Competencies:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong sales and negotiation abilities- Goal-oriented and self-motivated- Good knowledge of banking products and services- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets3.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Finance, or Commerce)- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferably in the banking sector)- Freshers with a flair for sales may also be considered (ref:updazz.com)
