JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :- Hiring agents from personal contacts- developing agents through commission-based training.- Ensure that each agent s activity plan is carried out by monitoring it. according to specified levels.- Update the Sales Management System and conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with the agents.- Promote & motivate agents for the Career progression program to make themQualifications- Candidate must have 2 Years of experience in BFSI or Life Insurance Sales - Minimum Graduate in any stream- Should be well networked in the local area and have an understanding of the local market, and proven track recordsInterested candidate share resume at 6353131340 (WhatsApp) (ref:updazz.com)
