Job Description
Role Objective:To manage and expand the agency partner network for driving sales of insurance products through the agency distribution channel. The role involves recruiting new agents/advisors, enhancing productivity of existing agents, and ensuring target achievement in assigned geography.Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, train, and onboard new insurance agents/advisors.- Build strong relationships with agency partners to drive business volume.- Monitor and support agents to ensure they meet sales targets and compliance standards.- Conduct regular product training and motivational sessions for partners.- Analyze agent performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.- Collaborate with branch/area teams for marketing campaigns, lead generation, and joint field work.- Handle territory-specific performance tracking, reporting, and MIS.- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements. Key Deliverables/KPIs:- Monthly/Quarterly Sales Target Achievement- Number of New Agents Recruited- Activation Ratio (% of agents doing business)- Persistency of Policies Sold- Agent Retention Rate- Product Mix & Revenue Contribution Skills & Competencies:- Strong understanding of agency/channel sales in the insurance domain- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Team management and people development abilities- Result-oriented with strong problem-solving approach- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory Eligibility Criteria:- Education: Graduate(Any stream)- Experience: 2-5 years in agency sales, channel development, or similar roles in insurance/BFSI- Department: Sales- Contact for more details Contact Person: Priyansi mContact Number: 91 81601 74117 (ref:updazz.com)
