Manager - Channel Sales - BFSI (2-5 Yrs) Chennai (BFSI Sales)

Role Objective:To manage and expand the agency partner network for driving sales of insurance products through the agency distribution channel. The role involves recruiting new agents/advisors, enhancing productivity of existing agents, and ensuring target achievement in assigned geography.Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, train, and onboard new insurance agents/advisors.- Build strong relationships with agency partners to drive business volume.- Monitor and support agents to ensure they meet sales targets and compliance standards.- Conduct regular product training and motivational sessions for partners.- Analyze agent performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.- Collaborate with branch/area teams for marketing campaigns, lead generation, and joint field work.- Handle territory-specific performance tracking, reporting, and MIS.- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
