Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced field sales team leader to drive retail sales, manage distributor relationships, and lead a team to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, negotiation, and leadership skills with a proven track record in handling field sales operations.Key Responsibilities:1. Retail Sales & Expansion- Identify and acquire new retail partners to expand the brand s market presence.- Strengthen existing retailer relationships to enhance sales performance.2. Relationship Management- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.- Act as a liaison between the company and market partners to ensure smooth operations.3. Product Demonstration & Promotion- Conduct product demonstrations to retailers and distributors to boost sales.- Execute promotional activities and merchandising strategies at retail outlets.4. After-Sales Support- Address retailer and distributor concerns post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction.- Provide necessary support for issue resolution and reorders.5. Distributor Handling- Manage distributor operations, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely supply.- Negotiate and coordinate with distributors for sales growth and market penetration.6. Market Feedback & Reporting- Gather insights on market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities.- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market conditions.7. Sales Record Keeping- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, orders, and stock movements.- Ensure proper documentation for distributor and retailer accounts.8. Market & Competitor Monitoring- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.- Identify new market opportunities and suggest strategies to stay ahead.9. Target Achievement- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the team.- Work with individual team members to help them meet their sales goals.10.
