Job Description: - Assistant Manager in Home Brands (Babyhug Team) - Consumable category.- Vendor order working regularly, ensuring 90 days SC at the warehouse end.- Creating MBQ at the WHs end and maintaining 98 % fill rate of babyhug stock availability.- Checking the RTV & near expiry data of WHs and take corrective actions to reduce brand disposable.- Follow up with the buying team regarding the stock fill rate against monthly orders.- Checking website hygiene - Sorting, Discounts, Online promotions, Banners, Flash sales events, DOTD.- Product benchmarking every month online and offline.- Business review meeting with all stakeholders - Marketing B2C & B2B.- Checking B2B ARS and taking actions to improve the gaps.- Ensure Babyhug presence in all ongoing and upcoming sales events.- new launch product push in B2C and B2B business.- Sales review file for B2C & B2B business.- Impression & RPT data - Repeat buying data- Presenting data on weekly review meetings for B2C- B2B.- Follow up with the cross-functional team for day-to-day task closure.
