Receptionist Cum Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are offering an exciting internship opportunity for a Receptionist cum Telecaller & to gain hands-on experience in front office operations, customer communication, and basic administrative work. The intern will assist in managing the reception area, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting general administrative activities. Key Responsibilities:

1. Front Desk Support:

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees courteously.
• Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
• Guide guests to the appropriate person or department.

2. Telecalling Activities:

• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, or promotional purposes (under supervision).
• Answer incoming calls and provide basic information about services or products.
• Record caller details and schedule appointments when required.

3. Appointment and Scheduling Assistance:

• Help manage calendars, book appointments, and coordinate meeting slots.
• Send appointment reminders or confirmations to clients.

4. Administrative Assistance:

• Maintain visitor logs, call registers, and basic documentation.
• Assist in handling emails, courier tracking, and filing tasks.
• Support with simple data entry or reporting work.

5. Learning and Participation:

• Attend team briefings and training sessions.
• Observe and learn office operations and client service practices.
• Participate in internal meetings or events as needed.
