Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our growing travel agency team! If you have a passion for travel, enjoy helping people, and are experienced in travel bookings and customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings for customers.
Assist clients with visa application processes and documentation.
Provide expert consultation and support for tour packages and travel itineraries.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to bookings or travel arrangements.
Coordinate with vendors, airlines, and embassies as needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and travel arrangements.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a travel agency or similar customer support role preferred.
Knowledge of flight booking platforms (GDS like Amadeus, Galileo, or similar) is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of international visa requirements and procedures.
