Regional Sales Manager (White Goods - Gujarat) You ll be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets within your assigned region, managing a sales team, developing strategies, and building strong customer relationships, while also overseeing sales operations and reporting on performance. Qualification And Experience:1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Home Appliance and Consumer Electronics Industry having experience in Dealer /distribution sales and channel management and knowledge of Gujarat Market.2. Proven track record in sales, specifically in White Goods, and Small Appliances.3. Strong network and ability to immediately onboard key partner4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.5. Strong leadership and team management skills.6. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.8. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mind-set9. Ability to travel extensively within the region as required.10.
