Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and analytical person to join our firm for a full-time role. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations, MIS Reporting and client relationship management. Timings: Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (including a mandatory 1-hour lunch break). 2nd and 4th Saturday are Holidays. Desired Qualification:

Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. (Laptop Required)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in wealth management and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution :
- Generate leads and close sales.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
Operations Coordination :
- Ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and support teams.
- Manage order processing and inventory coordination.
Customer Service :
- Serve as a point of contact for clients post-sale.
- Handle escalations or operational issues related to delivery, payment, or service.
Reporting & Forecasting :
- Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Monitor and report on key operational KPIs.
