Today, the company s network encompasses 317 exclusive brand outlets and a staggering 2,000 multi-brand outlets across India.About the Role:Title: Product Manager - Tile & Bathware Industry (USA & Russia)1. Product Strategy Development:- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy tailored to the USA and Russian markets, aligning with business objectives.- Conduct in-depth market research to understand regional trends, customer preferences, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscapes.- Identify white space opportunities in the current product portfolio and collaborate with R&D and production teams to fill these gaps.- Analyze market share metrics (value/volume) and benchmark performance against key competitors.- Work closely with the brand marketing function to define localized product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.2. Portfolio Management and Optimization:- Oversee the product portfolio to ensure alignment with regional market demands, customer preferences, and industry standards.- Evaluate product performance, profitability, and competitive positioning to inform product enhancement, discontinuation, or new launches.- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to optimize product offerings and drive revenue growth.3. Pricing and Channel Strategy:- Develop region-specific pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.- Analyze and optimize distribution channels, including retail, wholesale, and e-commerce platforms, ensuring an effective supply chain.- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align pricing strategies, promotions, and distribution channels for maximum market penetration.4. Budget Planning and Financial Analysis:- Develop and manage annual product budgets, ensuring alignment with business plans and financial targets.- Track key performance indicators, including gross margins, sales volumes, and inventory turnover, to identify areas for improvement.- Conduct financial analysis, including forecasting, cost analysis, and ROI assessments, to support data-driven decision-making.5. Stakeholder Collaboration and Leadership:- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, and R&D, to ensure effective product execution.- Provide leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.- Represent the product team in executive meetings and strategic discussions, advocating for market-driven product initiatives.6. Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:- Maintain a strong understanding of the tile and bathware markets in the USA and Russia, including industry trends and emerging technologies.- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark products against key market players and identify opportunities for differentiation.- Gather and analyze market intelligence to refine product roadmaps, pricing strategies, and expansion plans.7. New Product Development and Innovation:- Collaborate with R&D teams to drive innovation, including new product development, material enhancements, and design improvements.- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market demands and company objectives.- Work with manufacturing and quality assurance teams to ensure product feasibility and compliance with regional industry standards.8. Quality and Customer Experience:- Partner with quality control and service teams to monitor product quality and identify areas for continuous improvement.- Gather customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to enhance product performance and address pain points.- Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and durability expectations in both the USA and Russian markets.9.
