Job Description
1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets, expand our customer base, and increase market share.2. Lead Generation and Conversion: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales.3. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.4. Wholesale Channel Development: Develop and manage relationships with wholesale partners, including distributors, retailers, and other intermediaries.5. Pricing and Margin Management: Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and cost structures to optimize pricing and margin strategies.6. Sales Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide insights to inform sales strategies and optimize results.8. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. (ref:updazz.com)
