Our client operates across various industry sector with each division of our business providing a knowledgeable and trustworthy service to specialized areas of the market.The Job:- Making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company (On requirement)- Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing client- Doing Daily call audits for team, agency and agents and making necessary reports on it.- Manage team and agency performance, related to the assigned process.- To ensure all members of the team agency are fully informed of targets and current sales positions.- To be a pro-active member of the team and support all calls.- To collate, analyse and utilize call statistics to manage and improve the sales performance of the team.- Good in Analytics and strategies.- To ensure that the Call Centre KPIs are met.- Implementing sales strategies- Monitoring & evaluating the performance of the sales agencies- Setting weekly and monthly sales targets- Compiling and presenting sales reportsIdeal Candidate:- You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales/Sales Development Representative or Telesales role, ideally within the Retail Banking industry.- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments- You are a strong networker & relationship builder- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments (ref:updazz.com)
