Our Client is Renowned Name in Medical Equipment have presence Globally.Hiring Now- VP Post Sales (Medical Equipment) - Lucknow Location.Responsibilities:- Strategic Post-Sales Leadership: Develop and implement a unified post-sales strategy that encompasses service delivery, customer retention initiatives, and customer/internal training programs, aligned with the overall business objectives.- Service Operations Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the service organization, including field service, technical support (remote and on-site), repair services, and spare parts management. Ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality service delivery that meets and exceeds customer expectations.- Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for service levels, customer satisfaction, retention rates, and training effectiveness. Monitor performance, analyze data, and implement data-driven strategies for improvement.- Budget Management: Develop and manage the post-sales department budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximizing return on investment in service infrastructure, retention programs, and training initiatives.- Policy & Process Development: Develop and implement clear post-sales policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery and customer engagement.- Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all service and training activities comply with relevant industry regulations and company policies.- Voice of the Customer: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing valuable insights and feedback to drive product improvements and enhance customer-centricity.- Crisis Management: Develop and implement strategies for effectively managing and resolving critical customer issues and service disruptions.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master s degree is highly preferred.- Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in post-sales roles within the medical equipment industry or a closely related field, with a strong focus on service, customer retention, and training.- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful post-sales strategies that have resulted in improved customer satisfaction, increased retention rates, and enhanced service efficiency.- 6 Days Working/Reporting to Managing Director.
