We seek a dynamic Executive Director to lead operations, events, member engagement, and revenue growth. The role involves working closely with the Leadership Team to enhance the chapter s impact.Key Responsibilities:- Plan & execute events (networking meets, workshops, pitch competitions).- Grow & engage membership, ensuring strong community participation.- Drive sponsorships & revenue growth through strategic partnerships.- Representing the chapter to the public, media, other organizations and keeping the chapter website updated and active.- Managing the chapter budget, financials and reporting to the board.- Coordinating with other Executive Directors, the TiE Global Team and the TiE Leadership Team to ensure that the chapter s goals align with the organization s overall mission and strategy.- Continuously seeking new opportunities to bring more value to members and the community.Eligibility & Skills:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.- Proven experience in event planning, community engagement, or business development.- Strong leadership, communication, and networking skills.- Passion for entrepreneurship and knowledge of the local business ecosystem.- Proficiency in digital tools & social media for engagement.
