Job descriptionJob Purpose:The Business Development Executive will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our safety management consulting services. This role plays a key part in expanding our client base and maintaining strong partnerships.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs.- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and service offerings.- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.- Track client interactions, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools.- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in a consulting or B2B environment.- Strong understanding of safety management services or willingness to learn.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Performance Expectations:- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Successfully onboard and maintain new client relationships.- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.Role: Business Development Executive (BDE) (ref:updazz.com)
