About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Company Secretary (CS) to join our client 's dynamic organization. The ideal
candidate will oversee corporate governance, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and play a key
role in supporting the upcoming SME IPO listing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all secretarial and compliance functions.
Handle regulatory filings with MCA, SEBI, BSE/NSE (as applicable for SME IPO).
Draft board resolutions, minutes, AGM/EGM proceedings.
Liaise with legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure adherence to Companies Act, 2013 and Listing regulations.
Support pre-IPO documentation, due diligence, and corporate structuring.
Qualifications:
CS qualification (ICSI member), preferably with LLB.
5 10 years of post-qualification experience.
Prior experience in SME IPO or public listing is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and documentation skills
