Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships all from within the office or remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers through phone, email, and online channels.
Qualify leads and follow up on sales inquiries.
Present and explain products/services to prospective clients.
Maintain CRM records and update customer interactions.
Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
Basic computer skills; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
