Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory, oversee stock replenishment, and minimize product loss or shrinkage.
Collaborate with departments like marketing and accounts for store-related initiatives.
Generate sales reports and support the development of strategies to boost sales and store performance.
Handle customer complaints or escalations promptly and effectively.
Ensure the store adheres to all company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements:
Experience in retail or jewellery sales, or as a shop-in-charge, is essential.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills are a must.
