The position
As an Advanced Developer: Python for GenAI Agent, you will be anchoring below responsibilities:
:
Develop Python solutions for a GenAI agent and troubleshoot and resolve any bugs related to GenAI.
:
Enhance and optimize prompts through prompt engineering, while collaborating on the development of a finance GenAI agent project using Python and other relevant technologies.
:
Design and implement a framework for automating the validation of agent outputs, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to generative AI models and implementations, ensuring optimal performance.
:
Integrate GenAI agents with multiple systems, such as SAP, Coupa, and Microsoft Teams, and work with APIs for integration.
:
Work closely with the Assurance Intelligence in HQ and GBS to drive the development and integration of GenAI agents.
:
Optimize and fine:tune generative models for performance and efficiency, ensuring continuous improvement of agent capabilities.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor 's or Master 's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields.
:
5 to 6 years of experience in Python development and working in the Gen AI space.
:
Technical understanding of APIs : Rest APIs, integration experience (Must Have).
:
Desirable knowledge in Gen AI and prompt engineering.
:
Previous experience in compliance / finance agent domain is a plus.
:
AI / Gen. AI certifications (Good to have).
:
Strong problem:solving skills, ability to work in a collaborative team environment, and excellent communication abilities.
:
Strong communicator with excellent collaboration skills, capable of engaging cross:functional teams and senior stakeholders.
:
Skilled in analytical problem:solving, taking ownership of deliverables, meeting tight deadlines, and working both independently and within teams.
:
Organized, able to multi:task and manage competing priorities in a demanding environment.
:
Flexibility as the nature and timing of the assignment of deliverables keeps changing with the ever:changing business dynamics.

Ability to represent Novo Nordisk in relations with users and external stakeholders.
