Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage and enhance long-term relationships with our clients. This role is responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, driving repeat business, resolving client issues efficiently, and acting as the main point of contact between the company and its customers. The ideal candidate should be empathetic, proactive, organized, and skilled in communication and relationship management.

• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer
• interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
