Job Description
  • 1 5 years of experience in sales of Mortgage Loans / Retail Loans / Business Loans .
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local markets and customer profiles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor s degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Client Relationship Management:
      • Manage a portfolio of assigned customers or clients.
      • Build strong personal and professional relationships with clients through regular interactions.
      • Understand clients ' financial goals, preferences, and pain points to offer suitable solutions.
      • Act as a point of contact between the company and the customer, ensuring high service standards.
    2. Business Development:
      • Identify opportunities to acquire new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, or walk-ins.
      • Generate leads and convert them into successful relationships.
      • Promote company products or services to existing and potential clients, depending on the industry.
    3. Sales and Cross-Selling:
      • Recommend and sell suitable products such as loans, mutual funds, insurance, real estate, investment products, or business solutions based on client needs.
      • Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and customer acquisition targets set by management.
      • Stay updated on the latest products, services, and market trends to better advise customers.
    4. Customer Support:
      • Address customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly.
      • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., operations, service desk, product teams) to resolve customer issues effectively.
      • Ensure smooth onboarding of clients and post-sale service follow-ups.
    5. Account Management:
      • Maintain proper documentation and records of client interactions, transactions, and service requests.
      • Monitor client account activity to ensure engagement and timely renewals or follow-ups.
      • Use CRM tools to track performance, customer history, and sales opportunities.
    6. Compliance and Risk Management:
      • Adhere to regulatory, compliance, and internal policies.
      • Ensure KYC (Know Your Customer) norms are followed.
      • Identify and report potential risks or suspicious activity related to customer accounts.
    7. Reporting and Analytics:
      • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports on client visits, sales performance, and relationship health.
      • Analyze customer feedback and business trends to recommend improvements.
