Key Responsibilities: Acting as the official Indian resident Director for our Indian Private Limited Company Liaising with Indian authorities (ROC, MCA, RBI) when needed Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of HVAC systems. Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians. The candidate must already be able to draft using Revit or Trimble Nova. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (to be learnd). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance. Manage project budgets and timelines effectively. Responsible for recruitment and hiring of personnel. Qualifications: Bachelor s or master s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. An Indian resident with a clean legal and tax record Basic understanding of corporate governance and compliance Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC engineering. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a preference for German-speaking candidates.
