Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist Location: Thane (Mumbai)Client : A sustainability-driven climate tech start-up.Experience: 2-5 YrsBudget: 5 LPA - 5 .5 LPANP: Looking for immediate joiners / 15 Days Notice.Mode: WFOGender: Only female candidates.Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales specialist to join our team in Mumbai (Thane location). In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales opportunities. You will play a critical role in driving sales growth by connecting with prospects through outbound calls, nurturing relationships, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce company products or services, and generate leads.- Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and determining potential fit.- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls with prospects for further engagement by the sales team.- Manage and maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales progress.- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.- Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, services, and pricing.- Follow up with existing and potential customers to convert leads into closed sales.- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while dealing with customers.- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate to prospects.Required Skills & Competencies- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong persuasive abilities with a customer-first mindset.- Ability to handle objections and rejection in a positive manner.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.- Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office.Qualifications & Experience- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or inside sales.- Previous experience in a target-driven sales role.- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor s degree is a plus.- Previous experience in telesales or telemarketing (preferred).What We Offer- Competitive salary and incentive structure.- Opportunities for career growth and advancement.- Comprehensive training and development programs.- Fun and supportive work environment.
