Ltd.Graphic Designer Job Description:Responsibilities:- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and relevance of design work.- Lead and manage the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final execution, for a variety of design projects.- Collaborate with the internal team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.- Generate creative and innovative design concepts that effectively communicate the desired message and meet project goals.- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines throughout all design projects.- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback, support, and constructive criticism to enhance their skills and professional growth.- Study design briefs and determine requirements- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic- Work with copywriters and creative professionals to produce final design- Test graphics across various media- Amend designs after feedback- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, AI graphic design software)- Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics and a focus on creating visually impactful designs.- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.- Ability to think creatively and translate concepts into visually appealing designs.- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and clients.- Knowledge of digital design trends, UI/UX principles, and responsive design is a plus.- Leadership abilities, with experience in guiding and mentoring junior designers.If you re interested, please share a few details about you in the below Google Form Link for further process.You can also WhatsApp me your Resume and Portfolio at 9409684807 or email them (ref:updazz.com)
