Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, identifying sales opportunities, and converting prospects into customers primarily through phone, email, and online communication channels. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and a proactive approach to identifying and closing business opportunities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, solving customer needs, and contributing to company revenue growth without needing to be in the field.

• Handle customer 's inbound and outbound& calls.&
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
• Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
• Meet personal qualitative and quantitative targets
