Required Electronics Technician - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Setup:

• Install, test, and configure new electronic systems, devices, and equipment, ensuring they are properly calibrated and operational.
• Set up components according to specifications and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate electronics into larger systems or machinery.

2. Maintenance and Servicing:

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of electronic systems to ensure their continuous and optimal performance.
• Regularly inspect and clean devices and systems to prevent malfunction or deterioration.
• Replace faulty components, such as resistors, capacitors, and integrated circuits, with appropriate parts.

3. Troubleshooting and Diagnostics:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic malfunctions using diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
• Interpret schematic diagrams and blueprints to locate and resolve issues in circuits or wiring.
• Use systematic troubleshooting techniques to identify the root cause of faults and devise appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers to suggest modifications or improvements based on findings from troubleshooting.

4. Repairs and Replacements:

• Repair or replace defective components and systems in electronic devices, ensuring they meet functional specifications.
• Test repaired systems to ensure they are fully operational and meet performance standards.
• Ensure proper calibration of equipment after repairs or modifications.

5. Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough testing of electronic systems and devices to verify their functionality and reliability.
• Record test results and prepare reports detailing the success or failure of the testing process.
• Assist in the implementation of quality control procedures to guarantee that all systems meet regulatory standards and company guidelines.
