Job Description
Client Acquisition & Sales- Identify potential clients in India and Gulf who need recruitment and staffing solutions.- Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, job postings, and email marketing.- Engage with HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers to understand hiring needs.- Pitch tailored recruitment solutions and secure contracts.- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure.- Should be able to work independently.- Should have no inhibitions to visit and meet people during recent times.- Should possess good and sound Market knowledge.- Should be well versed and good in Oral as well as written communication and negotiation skills.- Should have prior and good contact with Industry leaders at the Head level.- Should be able to close good numbers of sales deals.- Time management and planning skills.- Lead Generation & Market Research- Conduct market research to identify industries with high hiring demand.- Develop a target list of companies actively hiring in Canada and the US.- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.- Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and HR leaders.- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the recruitment process.- Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.- Sales Strategy & Reporting- Track and analyze sales performance, outreach effectiveness, and conversion rates.- Provide regular sales reports and suggest improvements to client acquisition strategies.
