This role involves strategizing and executing plans to enhance sales performance, mentor teams, and ensure business sustainability.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, focusing on HNI prospects.- Monitor and improve key business performance metrics, including Life Advisors base, activation, case rate, and case size.- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and performance of Sales Managers (SMs) and Recruitment & Development Managers (RDMs).- Coach and mentor ABMs/BRDMs to enhance their leadership and sales management capabilities.- Conduct periodic audits to ensure quality advisor selection and business compliance.- Track and optimize key business health indicators such as persistency, Life Advisors commission, product mix, claims, and ECS/SI percentage.- Collaborate with leadership to establish and monitor sales targets for SMs and RDMs.- Ensure seamless execution of business plans and drive performance excellence.Skills & Qualifications- Proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel- Strong communication and leadership skills- Experience in team management and business development within the insurance sector- Team Structure Reporting Team:- 3-5 Assistant Branch Managers (ABMs) / Branch Recruitment Development Managers (BRDMs)- Each ABM/BRDM oversees a team of 8-10 Sales Managers / RDMs (ref:updazz.com)
