Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager - Real EstateLocation: GandhinagarReports To: Sales Director/Head of SalesJob Overview:As a Sales and Marketing Manager for our Real Estate Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales process and implementing strategic marketing plans to enhance the company s visibility, generate leads, and maximize revenue. Your expertise in real estate sales, market trends, and marketing strategies will help in promoting our projects and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals.- Lead the sales team, motivating and guiding them to achieve individual and team targets.- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing deals.- Identify and target potential clients (investors, homebuyers, etc.) for residential and commercial properties.Marketing Strategy & Implementation:- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote real estate projects and increase brand awareness.- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website, social media platforms, and online listings.- Collaborate with external agencies or in-house teams for advertising, public relations, and promotional campaigns.- Plan and organize property exhibitions, events, and marketing collateral.Client Relationship Management:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.- Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction and customer retention.- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project developments and new offerings.Market Research & Analysis:- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.- Analyze customer demographics, needs, and behaviors to tailor marketing and sales efforts.- Prepare detailed sales reports, track KPIs, and adjust strategies as required to meet business objectives.Collaboration & Team Management:- Coordinate with the project management and construction teams to ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns.- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate pricing, discounts, and financial proposals.- Manage the sales team s performance, provide training, and conduct regular performance reviews.Skills and Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing in the real estate industry.- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, trends, and customer needs.- Proven experience in handling digital marketing, social media campaigns, and lead generation.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments.- Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and real estate sales software.Personal Attributes:- Result-driven with a strong focus on meeting sales targets.- Creative and proactive in identifying new marketing opportunities.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.- Salary : No Bar for right candidate- Immediate Joiner.
