The Channel Sales Manager role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with agents to enhance channel performance.Responsibilities :- Identify, onboard, and train new insurance agents to grow the distribution network.- Drive and support agents to meet sales goals, promoting the company s insurance products.- Provide ongoing training, guidance, and motivation to agents to enhance their skills and productivity.- Track and evaluate agent performance, offering support and solutions for underperformance.- Build strong relationships with agents, addressing queries and ensuring their needs are met.- Ensure agents adhere to industry regulations and company policies. Provide regular sales and performance reports.Eligibility :- Any bachelor degree- 1 year sales experience- Age 21-38- Local preferableSkills :- Proven experience in sales.- Ability to recruit and train new agents effectively.
