We are looking for a motivated Retention Executive to join our dynamic team and drive the success of our retention marketing initiatives.Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Retention Executive to own execution of our retention campaigns across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp channels. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of retention marketing.Responsibilities:- Campaign Development & Execution : Design, launch, and manage retention campaigns across SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, and Emails.- Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze campaign performance on different channels, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.- Tool Familiarity : Learn and utilize retention tools and solutions (experience with WebEngage, MoEngage, Gupshup, Clevertap, etc., is a plus).- Collaboration : Work closely with the content team to create engaging creatives and compelling copy for campaigns.- Task Management : Handle day-to-day tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion.Experience & Skills Required :- Education: Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- Experience: 2 years of experience in marketing or related roles.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Learning Attitude: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and strategies in retention marketing.Joining: Immediate availability is required.
