Job Location: Andheri (E), Mumbai Responsibilities : - Develop detailed one-pagers, comprehensive PowerPoint presentations, and visually appealing flyers for various insurance products, company plans, and educational initiatives, ensuring all materials effectively communicate key information and value propositions.- Write compelling scripts for producing high-quality videos, including recording for both promotional and educational purposes to enhance engagement and understanding among diverse audiences.- Ideate and craft creative copies and captions for internal and external communications, ensuring messaging is consistent, on-brand, and tailored to different platforms and target audiences.- Design a wide range of marketing materials, such as banners, standees, flyers, forms, gifting materials, office interior designs, cards, and social media creatives, that align with the company s brand and marketing strategies.- Manage two profiles across four major social media platforms, creating and curating content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance to optimize future campaigns. Also, plan and execute both social media and voice broadcast campaigns to reach broader audiences and achieve marketing objectives.- Handle the official WhatsApp account with a focus on providing timely and effective assistance to associates, enhancing customer service and support.- Collaborate closely with multiple vendors and marketing agencies, coordinating various projects and ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.- Establish and maintain effective communication with PoSP through consistent WhatsApp messaging and the creation of static images, fostering strong relationships and continuous engagement.- Create a variety of promotional materials, including booklets, flyers, and images, specifically tailored for associates to support their efforts and promote the company s products and services.- Write clear, engaging content for websites and portals, ensuring that all information is accessible, informative, and aligned with the company s voice and tone.- Assist in the development of new digital initiatives and projects, contributing ideas and support to enhance the company s digital presence and capabilities.- Oversee the Employee Benefits Portal, managing its content and functionality to ensure it meets the needs of employees and aligns with the company s goals and objectives.- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the organic search ranking of Policysquare and Share India Insurance Brokers websites, increasing visibility and driving traffic.- Optimize website content for Policysquare and Share India Insurance Brokers by conducting keyword research, analyzing performance metrics, and updating on-page SEO elements such as meta tags, headers, and internal linking.Company s Website :- (ref:updazz.com)
