Job Responsibilities:
Participate in telemarketing initiatives to drive lead generation and set appointments.
Handle both inbound and outbound calls for a variety of B2B and B2C clients.
Execute surveys and verification tasks to maintain high data accuracy.
Provide exceptional customer support via calls, emails, and live chat.
Work collaboratively with the team to exceed performance goals.
Requirements:
Open to both new graduates and experienced professionals.
Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Age limit: Under 40 years.
Willingness to work night shifts.
Office location: Surat, Gujarat.
Compensation and Benefits:
Attractive salary between 20,000 and 40,000 per month, with additional incentives based on performance.
Work schedule from Monday to Friday, enjoying weekends off from Sunday to Saturday.
