The position
As a DD and IT Delivery Lead, you will:
- Manage and oversee DD and IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross:functional teams to document functional specifications and define project scope.
- Perform hands:on development tasks using technologies such as MS Power Platform, SharePoint, SQL, and mobile app development.
- Review and manage tech documentation for outsourced projects and create documentation for in:house developed projects.
- Ensure the quality and performance of developed solutions through testing and validation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Support and maintain live applications through collaboration with partners or established SOPs.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor 's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3:5 years of experience in project management and hands:on development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Core skills in Agile Methodology, Lean Thinking, Scrum principles, Kanban principles, and DevOps.
- Competency in Lean:Agile Leadership, Flow, Design Thinking, Coaching and facilitation, and Agile Product Management.
- A collaborative mindset, business acumen, and strong communication skills.
