Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound/Inbound Calls:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients or respond to inbound calls, depending on the business needs.
• Explain product or service offerings clearly and effectively, addressing any customer questions or concerns.
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.

2. Lead Generation and Qualification:

• Identify potential leads through calls and other available data sources.
• Qualify leads based on customer interest, needs, and eligibility, and direct them to the appropriate team if necessary.
• Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest in the products/services offered to convert leads into actual sales.

3. Sales and Product Promotion:

• Promote and cross-sell products or services to customers based on their preferences and requirements.
• Upsell existing clients by informing them about new or complementary products and services.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company or department.

4. Customer Support and Service:

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through the sales process.
• Assist customers with product or service-related queries, and handle complaints or escalations when necessary.
• Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

5. Database Management:

• Update and maintain customer information in the company s CRM or database systems.
• Ensure that all customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups are recorded accurately and promptly.
• Monitor and report on lead progress, sales statistics, and customer feedback.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

• Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve products or services and overall customer experience.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports on call activities, sales progress, and any challenges faced during calls.
• Keep records of customer interactions, including contact details, responses, and follow-up actions.
