Senior Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) . This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong attention to detail, and the utmost discretion. The ideal candidate is an expert multitasker with a deep understanding of financial operations, executive-level communication, and calendar management in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the CFO s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and communications.
• Prepare financial reports, presentations, and briefing materials with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
• Coordinate and support board meetings, audit committee sessions, and internal leadership reviews.
• Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
• Support preparation of budgets, expense reports, and financial tracking documentation.
• Manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives as delegated by the CFO.
• Anticipate the CFO s needs and proactively address administrative challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Familiarity with financial systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with high accuracy.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
