Job Description
Responsibilities: 1. Sell telecommunications products and services to both individuals and companies.2. Sell VoIP for corporate technology and communications systems.3. Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.4. Keep abreast of current technology trends.5. Identify, contact, and build relationships with prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking, and referrals to obtain appointments.6. Leverage the CRM system to develop a prospecting and sales strategy that ensures high activity and effective closing ratios.7. Book and install new lines/circuits/bundles/services to meet established monthly quotas.8. Design customised, cost-effective solutions for the client.9. Manage a territory using technology, prioritisation, and time management skills.10. Submit pricing and pre-qualification requests reflecting the client s requirements.11. Maintain an updated database including all activities, partners, and opportunities with their current status.12. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company s customer base and ensures its strong presence.13. Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.14. Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.15. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.Requirements: 1. Bachelor s degree in a related field with 1 to 3 years of experience (preferably from the Telecom domain) with exposure to working in the UAE, EGYPT, VIETNAM, and PHILIPPINES markets.2. Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.3. Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.4. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.5. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.6. Ability to work as part of a team.7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.8. Excellent administrative and organisational skills.9. Effective communication skills.10. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.11. Strong business sense and industry expertise.12. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.13.
