Hiring for National Sales Head for Electronic Manufacturing Company Location- Noida Exp- 10 Plus Years Division- Small Kitchen Appliances Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Head to lead our sales strategy and execution across India (or specified region). The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the electronic manufacturing sector, with a proven track record in building high-performance sales teams, driving revenue growth, expanding distribution networks, and managing key accounts.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution:- Develop and implement the national sales strategy in line with organizational goals.- Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.Team Leadership:- Lead and mentor regional sales managers and their teams across multiple locations.- Drive a high-performance culture through training, motivation, and regular performance evaluations.Channel & Distribution Management:- Build and manage a robust channel partner ecosystem (distributors, dealers, resellers).- Expand the distribution network to untapped regions and verticals.Key Account Management:- Cultivate relationships with key OEMs, large retailers, and institutional clients.- Negotiate high-value deals and long-term contracts with major clients.Market Intelligence & Product Alignment:- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.- Work closely with product and R&D teams to ensure market-fit solutions and innovations.Sales Forecasting & Reporting:- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and present regular reports to senior management.- Use CRM tools and data analytics to track sales performance and customer engagement.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Business; MBA preferred.- 10-15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a national leadership role.- Strong background in electronics manufacturing, industrial electronics, or consumer electronics.- Proven track record of managing large sales teams and delivering consistent revenue growth.- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.Preferred Attributes:- Experience with both B2B and B2C sales models.- Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics in the electronics industry.- Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
