Position: Regional ManagerExperience: 5 yrs.Location: Cochin, KeralaNotice Period: 30daysSkills: ED Tech, B2B, B2C, B2A, Team Leading, Training Provider, Corporate Training Provider, College Training provider, School Training provider.Key Responsibilities:Regional Strategy & Leadership:- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Kerala.
-Provide strong leadership and direction to the Kerala team, fostering a high-performance culture.
-Oversee all aspects of regional operations, including sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer service.Sales & Business Development:- Drive sales across B2B, B2C, B2A, and B2G segments, leveraging existing networks and developing new opportunities.- Identify and cultivate key partnerships with educational institutions, corporate clients, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.- Lead the sales team in achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.Team Management & Development: - Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and operations team.- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
-Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.Market Expansion & Brand Building:- Establish and enhance Decision Tree Solutions Private Limited brand presence in Kerala.- Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to reach target audiences.- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.Qualifications & Experience:- 10 years of progressive experience in the EdTech domain, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.- Extensive experience in managing and growing business operations in the Kerala market.- Strong understanding of B2B, B2C, B2A, and B2G sales strategies and execution.- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Strong network of contacts within the Kerala education and corporate sectors.- Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.- Strong understanding of IT upskilling market.
