About the Role:We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Group Head to lead a team of marketers, drive client success, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of brand strategy, digital marketing, creative processes, and client relationship management. This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and execution excellence.Key Responsibilities:Client & Account Management:- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships and retention.- Develop and present strategic marketing plans aligned with client objectives.- Oversee the execution of campaigns across digital, social, ATL/BTL, and experiential marketing.- Ensure high-quality deliverables and brand consistency across all campaigns.Team Leadership & Development- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of account managers, strategists, and creative professionals.- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.- Optimize team resources to maximize efficiency and performance.Strategic Planning & Execution- Develop insight-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand growth and engagement.- Work closely with creative, media, and digital teams to execute integrated campaigns.- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging platforms to drive effective marketing strategies.Business Growth & P&L Management- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maximizing value from existing clients.- Manage budgets effectively to maintain profitability and ensure a strong return on investment.- Participate in pitches and presentations to secure new business.Performance Measurement & Optimization- Track and analyze campaign performance, leveraging insights for continuous improvement.- Collaborate with analytics teams to measure KPIs and optimize future initiatives.- Implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency.Key Requirements- Experience: 5 years in a marketing agency, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.- Expertise: Strong knowledge of brand strategy, campaign execution, and client servicing.- Industry Knowledge: Experience in digital marketing, media planning, and creative strategy.- Leadership: Proven ability to manage, inspire, and develop teams.- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive performance.- Communication: Excellent presentation and client management skills.- Business Acumen: Strong ability to drive profitability and revenue growth.
