Job Description
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth by delivering customised solar solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of the solar EPC industry, strong networking skills, and a proactive approach to market development.Key Responsibilities :- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and new market opportunities in the solar EPC sector.- Develop and execute strategies to increase the company s market and presence in the solar industry.- Identify and approach potential clients, including commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.- Deliver customised presentations and proposals based on client requirements.- Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure for solar EPC projects.- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.- Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms align with company policies and goals.- Collaborate with the design, engineering, and project execution teams to provide the best solutions to clients.- Ensure all projects adhere to local regulations, policies, and safety standards.- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.Key Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
