Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Trainee to join our team. This internship offers a great opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills in lead generation and sales development within the IT services sector.Key Responsibilities:- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo to identify and generate leads.- Build and maintain a database of potential clients, including gathering contact information for key decision-makers.- Assist in drafting and sending introductory emails, follow-up emails, and scheduling meetings for the senior sales team.- Engage with prospects via social media platforms (LinkedIn, email) to create interest in our IT services.- Collaborate with the team to understand the IT services industry and align solutions with client needs.- Provide support in nurturing leads through effective communication and follow-ups.- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of results.- Deliver regular updates on lead generation efforts and progress.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Familiarity with lead generation tools like LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.- Proven ability (or willingness to learn) to understand the IT services industry and client requirements.- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving results.
