Job Description:The Bancassurance Manager is responsible for managing the partnership between the insurance company and its bank partners, driving the sales of insurance products through the bank s network.Job Responsibilities:- Engage and nature the relationship with channel partners to drive business targets- Design and execute a sales plan to help the team gain maximum mindshare of the distributor, thus meeting targets and improving market share in the channel- Review the team s progress against the plan and guide them to succeed and grow in their careers- Create desired sales behavior in the team by using the digital sales management processes- Ensure quality and persistence of the businessQualification & Experience: - A graduate degree is required.
-At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in insurance or BFSI sector.- 3 Year residential or Native.
