Admission Counsellor - BFS (1-2 Yrs) Hyderabad (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

Role Description:We are hiring a full-time, on-site Admission/Senior Admission Counsellor in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets by selling our medical courses to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have a proven inside sales track record, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. Freshers and experienced both are welcome.Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound sales calls to healthcare professionals to promote and sell our medical courses.- Develop and maintain relationships with customers through follow-up calls and emails.- Identify potential new customers and opportunities for business growth.- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers throughout the sales process.- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competition.- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve company targets. KRA:- 100-150 phone calls to prospect/day- Weekly/monthly targets to be met.- Providing post sale support.- Rapport/Brand building with HCPs.- Maintain sales pipeline/ effective CRM management.- Maintain call Quality score above 95%.- No CTQs to be violated.
