The Associate Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships within the direct channel of life insurance. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and complaints through various channels (phone, email, chat).- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell life insurance products to existing customers.
